Vancouver Olympic puck nets $13,000 at auction (PA SportsTicker)

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA(AP) —A jersey worn by Sidney Crosby during a Team Canada diversion against Switzerland during a Vancouver Olympics has sold during auction for $35,034.

A puck from a overtime period of a gold-medal hockey diversion is in an Ohio resident’s hands during a cost of $13,088. A tray which held a medals presented to a gold-medal winning women’s hockey team sold for $4,990.
That’s according to Dennis Kim, director of merchandising for a Vancouver Olympic organizing committee.
The cabinet is additionally regulating an online auction site to sell artwork, replica tickets, mascots and copies of their pitch book, including a single sealed by CEO John Furlong.
It went for $665.
